Training

Our puppy introduction program is getting a good response from participants. At 6 to 7 months of age, we take the pup for one month.

Nolan Training

No pressure is put on the pup. They are properly introduced to birds, gunfire, handling, the training table, holding a dummy in their mouths, creeks, barbed wire fences, and having fun finding birds.

Our formal training is open to all pointing breeds and can be tailored to your desired end result. We train hunting dogs, NSTRA trial dogs, all the way to fully steady to wing and shot, or any level in between. We also can complete the trained retrieve (force breaking). Our training fee is $700 a month or we can quote a “start to finish” price after consultation.
