Contract of Stud
We agree to the breeding of Beeline stud of your
choice to your female Brittany,
__________________________________registration
#________________.
The stud fee is to be paid at the time of
breeding unless other arrangements have been made before the breeding takes
place and are agreed upon by both parties.
A breeding producing a puppy fulfills the
contract of stud.
In the event the breeding produces no puppies you
are allowed one return breeding to the same female at a later date. If the
second breeding produces no puppies the requirements of stud will be considered
to have been fulfilled and the contract will terminate.
In the event of an act of nature that no longer
allows the breeding of said dogs the following options are available:
If the stud dog is no longer viable for breeding
then the owner of the female has the right to breed to another stud owned by
Beeline Brittanys and Nolan Huffman.
If the female is no longer viable for breeding
then the owner of the female may substitute another female providing
arrangements are made before time of breeding.
