Puppy Health Guarantee:
I guarantee the puppy to be free of genetic health problems for the first year.
I guarantee the puppy's hips until 3 years of age. By then you must have had the hips evaluated by OFA and I guarantee them to pass certification.
If not tested and passed by 3 years of age then guarantee is terminated.
If genetic health issues arise within the first year or hips do not pass OFA certification contact me immediately. The puppy in question must be spayed or neutered.
Upon my receipt of conformation of health issues as well as conformation of spay or neuter, from a licensed Veterinarian or the OFA results, I will replace the original puppy with another puppy.
